Independent fan site

Dynasty Lab 27 is an independent, fan-made resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS, the NCAA, any athletic conference, school, team, athlete, platform holder or other rights owner.

EA SPORTS, College Football 27 and related names, marks and game content are the property of their respective owners. References are used only to identify the game and explain compatible settings.

What the site provides

The site offers recommendations, comparison tools, local browser storage, printable checklists, CSV exports and share links. Values are based on a mix of official game information, public editorial material, community observations and subjective play preferences.

Recommendations are starting points. Patches, platform differences, league rules, user skill and play style can change results. We do not promise a specific score distribution, ranking, roster outcome, player rating, recruiting result or level of enjoyment.

Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial Dynasty setup, print or export your settings, and share links generated by the tool. You may quote short portions with attribution and a link.

You may not:

• use the site to break laws, infringe rights or harm others;
• attempt to access non-public systems, credentials or data;
• interfere with availability, security, analytics or normal operation;
• send malware, automated abuse, deceptive reports or unsolicited messages;
• misrepresent the site or its recommendations as official EA guidance;
• copy, republish or sell a substantial part of the site as your own competing product; or
• use automated access at a volume that degrades service or bypasses reasonable technical limits.

Your custom settings and share links

Custom settings are stored in your browser. When you copy a custom share link, the settings are encoded in the URL. You are responsible for deciding where to share it. Do not place confidential or personal information in URLs or feedback fields.

Feedback

You may send corrections, bug reports and suggestions. You keep ownership of original material you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt and publish it as reasonably needed to investigate the report, improve the site and explain a correction. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.

Third-party content and links

Sources and external links are provided for context. We do not control third-party sites, accounts, products, availability, accuracy or policies. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or remove features, recommendations or pages at any time. We may change values quickly after a game patch. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of local settings, or compatibility with every browser or game version.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or technical-support advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynasty Lab 27 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost data, lost progress, lost opportunity or gameplay outcomes arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the site in the prior twelve months or USD 10. The site is currently free.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the site operator from claims arising from your unlawful use, abuse of the service, infringement of another person’s rights or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may block or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, providers or legal rights. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability and indemnity terms—will survive.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the affected provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the complete agreement about site use, except for the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notice.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision means the revised terms apply to later activity.
